the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The company was
established at Lufkin, Texas, in 1945 by George H. Henderson, Sr., a
Texas lumberman known for his personal integrity, and is still
operated by his descendants, using the company's founding philosophy
of honesty, service, and fairness. The company began making its
flooring products from domestic hardwoods, but now uses some of the
